If you are a current ticket holder, please let us know what you would like to do with your tickets by Sunday, May 17: donate them, get a credit, or get a refund. Log in to your account and complete the change request form, or contact us at email@example.com or 510 647–2949 (Tuesday–Sunday, noon–7pm). Please be prepared for long phone hold times, and it could take us more than 24 hours to respond to emails. All requests will be processed in the order received. Depending on the volume of requests and your original payment method, refunds may take up to 30 days to be completed.
If we do not hear from Happy Days ticket holders by May 17, we will consider their tickets donated.
