In this workshop, we will use demechanization, dynamization, image theatre, forum theatre, and rainbow of desire while developing presence, focus, and a strong capacity for meditative awareness. Open to anyone with a desire to use theatre, art, and meditation to explore a powerful approach to transforming self and society. Please dress comfortably to move.

Class will be held at the School of Theatre located at 2071 Addison Street, Berkeley. Masks are encouraged but will be optional for all students attending School of Theatre programming.

This class is for adults only. Students under the age of 18 may not participate.
